Chris values the opportunities he has had over his career to learn from and practice leadership alongside great leaders, including mentors such as Don Walker, CEO of Magna, and David Katzenberg, author of "The Critical Few."

At PwC, Chris led the Western Canadian offices in introducing an award-winning Operations Excellence program called Perform©. This initiative supported client teams in becoming High Performing Teams by making performance visible. Teams achieved a sustainable uplift in performance through education, empowerment, communication, accountability, and measuring change.

Through years of leadership practice, Chris has found that the best attributes of great leadership align closely with the framework of Servant Leadership. Proven attributes such as diversity of thought, a culture of trust, an unselfish mindset, and leadership mentoring have become integral to his leadership style.
