Executive Accomplishments

Chris is not your typical operations executive. His operations excellence practice evolved within some great organizations and alongside some great leaders. He leads by example, and builds trust and confidence without having to resort to the command and control style of leadership.

The differentiator that shaped his approach and leadership style is having worked on the front lines shoulder to shoulder with employees that live within the processes. This has allowed him to better understand and appreciate the teams he works with. Naturally this gives him the ability to flex between understanding front line workers, and the ability to build trusted relationships with C-Suite stakeholders. This comfortable flex brings a sense of calmness to the way he approaches working with teams and understanding business problems.
